PyroSignal's announced that it’s long anticipated Internet portal interface was now available. The operation of our ServiceView™ technology was thought of and its design contemplated with the design of our back office software applications. Now that we have completed our back office transition we are now capable of providing web based services to our clients. The system provides real time access to one's records for immediate updates as to the status of the systems which we have under contract. The cost to our client’s for this service is $ 100.00 per system covered, which is minimal in comparison to the time which it will save our clients in allowing immediate full time access to your inspection reports, work tickets, and the online placement of service calls.

2009, March 4 - Union Contract Negotiations

We are in the process of negotiating with our Union labor for a contract that expires next week. Negotiations have been progressing and we have the expectation of a favorable vote, from the union negotiations. In the event that voting does not go in the manner in which we anticipate; PyroSignal & Suppression, Inc. will be prioritizing our response to emergency calls, until a favorable outcome is forthcoming. We have a response team in place in the event that this occurs, but do not expect to need to utilize it.

Once again, the current negotiations seem to be progressing well, but we simply wanted to keep our customers informed of any potential impact on non emergency service scheduling which a work stoppage would present. Service customers, please feel free to contact our Service Administrator, should you have any questions. New Installation customers, please feel free to contact your sales representative.

2006, July 5 - Carbon Monoxide Detection System Installation.

PyroSignal & Suppression Inc. was contracted by Eger Health Care to design and file with the NYC Building and Fire Department a Carbon Monoxide Detection System, whose design was in accordance with Local Law No. 7, Chapter 28, of the City of New York. Along with the Nursing Home Guidelines Committee, Construction Standards Advisory Group (CSGA) letter of December 8, 2004.

We laid out the system, based upon the requirements of the agencies indicated above. Upon the approval of the drawings by the NYC Department of Buildings, and the NYC Fire Department, the CO System was installed with sensor detectors located around the perimeters of the Fossil Fuel exhaust shaft of the building on each floor, the Laundry Room, and the Ground Floor lobby and corridors leading to the Loading Dock.

We furnished a stand-alone Siemens MXL-IQ Panel, which was connected to addressable monitoring modules for Alarm and Trouble sensing of each Carbon Monoxide detector. A supervised auxiliary Power Supply provided power to the MEA approved Carbon Monoxide detectors. A Central Station Agency was monitoring Alarms and Troubles from the Control Panel. Local audible alarm horns were located at the main lobby reception desk and at the Panel. The System installation was completed, and the NYC Fire Department performed an inspection of the designed, furnished and installed equipment, which received their approval, the first of it's kind in New York City.

2005, January 4 - PyroSignal begins deploying New state-of-the-art software.

PyroSignal begins deploying new state of the art software from XLNT Software Solutions, of Lancaster Pennsylvania (877-210-5274, www.xlntinc.com) to provide for enhanced scheduling and response.

This software is intended to provide up to the minute information on your system status, with the long term goal of placing this information at each and every customer's fingertips.

Our new technology “back office” structure is anticipated to be complete by April 2006. This along with direct customer interactivity is expected online by June of 2006. The thought process behind this design is to provide a secure portal to our customers, for them to review the multitude of information in any of their records, including the following items:

  1. Approval letters and filing documents. (Once provided to us, or contracted to obtain.)
  2. Outstanding PyroSignal history on system inspection’s.
  3. PyroSignal Work frequency and system reports.
  4. Outstanding PyroSignal repair and work-remaining issues.
  5. PyroSignal Customer Service Information.
  6. PyroSignal New & System addition progress track.
  7. Links to various Authorities Having Jurisdiction.
  8. Links to various manufacturer's whose products are employed at your facilities.
  9. Direct Connection links to PyroSignal’s service and sales departments for after-hours inquiries.
This way at any time, day or night our customers would be able to view PyroSignal’s information on their account, so as to ascertain information to satisfy any informational needs and requirement’s that might arise after the close of business or during the day for that matter.

It is expected to allow us to provide enhanced customer service, in that the daily inquiries for information can now be handled through a simple customer interface.

All customer sensitive queries and access transactions are ID and password protected to insure customer security.

PyroSignal’s contractor tracking screens are to be utilized for the time delivery estimates to be notified to our customers. Automated scheduling will allow e-mail and facsimile notification prior to the scheduling of any and or all requested services to insure that there is no surprise or unanticipated appearance.

Each customer record will be established with individual protocols to allow for either single notification for inspections, service calls, contract renewals as well as a host of other items.

The design of the PyroSignal informational services, enables us to issue multiple notification’s to various people within an organization either via e-mail or facsimile.

Complete implementation with all of the anticipated interactive capability will take approximately 8 to 10 months including training and adjustments.
